To Call 加密電話服務條款

一、服務內容

本 App 提供 To Call 與天晴黃頁用戶之間的網路語音通話，不能撥打一般市話或手機門號，也不能撥打緊急電話（110、119 等）。

二、免費通話與收費

每個帳號前 10 通「對方有接聽」的撥出電話免費，每通最長 30 分鐘。對方沒接、拒接不計入。
免費次數用完後，需購買通話分鐘才能撥出。通話分鐘按實際通話時間扣除，未滿一分鐘以一分鐘計；單通最長 120 分鐘。
接聽來電不收費、不扣分鐘。
通話分鐘屬於數位內容，經 Apple 或 Google 購買，退款依各商店規定辦理。分鐘數不能兌換現金、不能轉讓。

三、使用規範

不得利用本服務騷擾、詐騙或從事違法行為。違反者我們得停止其帳號，剩餘分鐘不予退還。

四、服務品質

通話品質受網路狀況影響，我們不保證服務不中斷。因系統故障造成的異常扣款，經查證後會補回分鐘數。

五、條款修改

條款修改時會更新本頁；修改後繼續使用即表示同意。

To Call Terms of Service

Effective: October 13, 2026

1. The service

The App provides internet voice calls between To Call and Sunny Yellow Pages users. It cannot call regular landline or mobile numbers, and cannot be used for emergency calls.

2. Free calls and charges

Each account's first 10 outgoing calls that are answered are free, up to 30 minutes each. Unanswered or declined calls do not count.
After that, you need call minutes to place calls. Minutes are deducted by actual talk time, rounded up to the next minute; each call is limited to 120 minutes.
Receiving calls is free.
Minutes are digital content purchased through Apple or Google; refunds follow the store's policy. Minutes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for harassment, fraud or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend violating accounts without refunding remaining minutes.

4. Service quality

Call quality depends on network conditions and service may be interrupted. Minutes wrongly deducted due to system faults will be restored after verification.

We will update this page when the terms change; continued use means you accept them.
