To Call 加密電話（以下稱「本 App」）由天晴黃頁股份有限公司（以下稱「我們」）開發及經營。本 App 與「天晴黃頁」App 共用同一套帳號系統。

一、我們蒐集哪些資料

• 帳號資料：To Call 號碼（系統配發的帳號）、暱稱、頭像；以及登入時 Apple 或 Google 提供的使用者識別碼（不含姓名與 Email）。
• 通話紀錄：誰打給誰、撥打時間、是否接通、通話秒數。用於顯示通話紀錄與計算通話費。
• 購買紀錄：購買的分鐘數方案、交易編號、加值時間。付款由 Apple 或 Google 處理，我們拿不到你的信用卡資料。
• 裝置推播憑證：用來在你沒開 App 時通知來電。

二、我們不會蒐集的資料

我們不會錄音、不會儲存通話內容，也不會讀取你的通訊錄、位置或照片。

三、App 會請求的裝置權限

• 麥克風：通話時傳送你的聲音。
• 通知：顯示來電。

四、通話加密

通話透過 GetStream 的即時通訊網路傳送，語音在傳輸過程中以 DTLS-SRTP 加密。此加密為傳輸加密，並非端對端加密：通話經過 GetStream 的伺服器轉送。

五、我們使用的第三方服務

• Back4App（帳號、通話紀錄、計費資料的儲存）
• GetStream（通話連線與來電推播）
• Apple、Google（登入、付款與推播）
• Netlify（計費伺服器）

六、資料保存與刪除

你可以在 App「我的 → 刪除帳號」申請刪除帳號。因帳號與天晴黃頁共用，刪除後兩個 App 都無法再登入，剩餘的通話分鐘一併作廢。我們會在收到申請後 30 天內完成刪除，依法須保存的交易紀錄除外。

七、兒童

本 App 不以 13 歲以下兒童為對象。

政策修改時會更新本頁並修改生效日期。

To Call Privacy Policy

Effective: October 13, 2026

To Call (the "App") is developed and operated by Sunny Yellow Pages Co., Ltd. (天晴黃頁股份有限公司, "we"). The App shares one account system with the Sunny Yellow Pages app.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your To Call number (a system-assigned account ID), display name and avatar, and the user identifier provided by Apple or Google at sign-in (not your name or email).
• Call records: who called whom, when, whether the call was answered, and its duration — used to show your recents and calculate charges.
• Purchase records: the minute pack purchased, transaction ID and time. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details.
• Push tokens: used to notify you of incoming calls.

2. Data we do not collect

We do not record or store call audio, and we do not access your contacts, location or photos.

3. Device permissions

• Microphone: to transmit your voice during calls.
• Notifications: to show incoming calls.

4. Call encryption

Calls are carried over GetStream's real-time network and encrypted in transit with DTLS-SRTP. This is transport encryption, not end-to-end encryption: calls are relayed through GetStream servers.

5. Third-party services

• Back4App (accounts, call records, billing data)
• GetStream (call connectivity and call notifications)
• Apple, Google (sign-in, payments, push notifications)
• Netlify (billing server)

6. Retention and deletion

You can request account deletion in the App under Me → Delete account. Because the account is shared with Sunny Yellow Pages, deletion signs you out of both apps permanently and forfeits remaining minutes. We complete deletion within 30 days, except transaction records we are legally required to keep.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13.

8. Changes

We will update this page and its effective date when the policy changes.
